Head Coach

My name is Maksim Osokin, and I am an experienced coach in both soccer and football, with many years of work at youth, high school, college, and national team levels.

I bring a strong background in player development, offensive systems, practice planning, and performance analysis, helping athletes grow technically, tactically, physically, and mentally.

As a former competitive athlete in both soccer and American football with championship experience, I understand the challenges players face and how to guide them toward their highest potential.

My focus is on discipline, intelligent play, structured training, and modern coaching methodology to support athletes’ success both on and off the field.

Ruslan Vdovin

Coach

My name is Ruslan, and I am a coach at the European Soccer Academy.

Modern football is developing at a very fast pace. New methodologies in youth training require a coach to constantly grow and evolve. I actively use modern training approaches and implement advanced football development methods in my daily work with young players.

My goal is to help children see football as more than just a ball and a field — to understand the game, make decisions, and grow both as athletes and as individuals.

I will be truly proud if one of my players reaches the professional level in the future.

Alessandro Campos

Coach

My name is Alessandro Campos, and I have been playing soccer since 2005. I grew up in Redwood City and have dedicated much of my life to the sport.

I have more than four years of coaching experience at San Carlos United, where I have worked with players ranging from ages 5 to 18.

My playing experience includes playing at Cañada College from 2020 to 2022 and playing club soccer in Long Beach from 2022 to 2023.

I’m incredibly excited to start working at the European Soccer Academy and with all of the amazing families that are a part of it. I feel incredibly lucky to be a soccer coach because it hardly ever feels like a job.

As a lifelong soccer player, I’m incredibly grateful that I get to encourage the love and passion that I grew up having for the sport in the people I’m able to coach. I can only hope to continue that here at the European Soccer Academy with Coach Max.
