My name is Maksim Osokin, and I am an experienced coach in both soccer and football, with many years of work at youth, high school, college, and national team levels.

I bring a strong background in player development, offensive systems, practice planning, and performance analysis, helping athletes grow technically, tactically, physically, and mentally.

As a former competitive athlete in both soccer and American football with championship experience, I understand the challenges players face and how to guide them toward their highest potential.

My focus is on discipline, intelligent play, structured training, and modern coaching methodology to support athletes’ success both on and off the field.

My name is Ruslan, and I am a coach at the European Soccer Academy.

Modern football is developing at a very fast pace. New methodologies in youth training require a coach to constantly grow and evolve. I actively use modern training approaches and implement advanced football development methods in my daily work with young players.

My goal is to help children see football as more than just a ball and a field — to understand the game, make decisions, and grow both as athletes and as individuals.

I will be truly proud if one of my players reaches the professional level in the future.
